At VEHLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original case and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
